Lets start with the obvious, Umi is an AMAZING pet sitter. I will not go to anyone but Umi to care for my pets. I have 3 dogs who require lots of attention and long trips outdoors. I worry about them and start to over think when I go on long trips. So during my week long trip, I especially loved and appreciated how Umi kept me updated on how my dogs were doing, when they ate, what they did that day, any cool things they did, sent me multiple pictures, etc. Like FINALLY!! I've been through so many pet sitters and I've finally found the one, Umi. She doesn't just do the bare minimum when taking care of pets. Like with mine, she took them out for super long walks and to the dog park, fed them twice a day and continued to play with them actively for most of the whole day! I was in awe. In my opinion, she loves and cares for pets like she personally gave birth to them. (Haha) I have never met anyone that communicates and corresponds with pets as well as Umi does. Don't waste your time looking towards others for pet sitting! Contact Umi and see for yourself! All I did was tell her how my pets are, what I expect from her as a pet sitter and she exceeded those expectations.
