I am a graduate of Springfield College with a Masters in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention. I am a Fitness Professional, and Certified Arthritis Instructor. I have over twenty years of service working in the airline industry. My interests include working out, yoga, cycling, hiking, traveling, music, movies and being around people talking about a variety of topics.
