Pet care experience
I grew up with two Dachshunds, an Afghan hound, a terrier mix and later a black Labrador. My family was super dog-friendly! In my twenties, I roomed with two rescue dogs for a year and half (one pictured in my profile picture) and helped to take care of them, and I still sit for and walk my friends' dogs. I have an apartment in a very dog-friendly area, and live right next to Winnemac Park, wonderful for dog-walking. I'm young, athletic, and enjoy walking and hiking, so I'd love taking your dog out and getting plenty of exercise. I have a lot of down time because I am a successful working actor and stay-at-home entrepreneur. You can be sure your dog will have all the attention and care he or she could desire!

If I could give more stars I certainly would, Tyler is absolutely wonderful! I need a sitter very last minute to watch my 7 y.o. Pit & was incredibly lucky to come across Tyler‘s profile. I’ve had my dog since the day he was born and I’ve never left him with anyone ever so nervous was certainly an understatement but he reassured me that he would take care of him like he was his own and that I had nothing to worry about. He sent me pictures every day responded to me anytime I had a question and I was actually able to go see my family for the first time in six years without an issue. If you’re looking for a sitter this is your guy. I would recommend to any dog mom or dog dad in a heartbeat! Thank you so much friend taking such good care of my baby while I was away I really do appreciate it !! ??????
Tyler was terrific. It was the first time leaving our 1-year old Labrador with a sitter. He helped us through the process and worked to get Scout settled her first few days. He was very communicative and provided updates a few times each day. Scout definitely enjoyed her time with Tyler and Diane and actually stared out the window as we left her new friends. She'll be back.
Our dog and I LOVED Tyler and Diane. They’re such great folks and deeply care about your pup. I felt so secure leaving our furbaby with them.
This was my very first time boarding my dog Lola through Rover and Tyler made the entire experience painless. Enjoyable, even. From our first meeting, I could tell that Tyler had a natural connection with my dog, and I felt immediately comfortable. Great communication and constant updates throughout the stay - kept my mind at ease. And when he dropped Lola off, well, I'm not sure she wanted to leave him. 5/5 would recommend. :)

For dogs- love, attention, and listening- if they need medicine, food, bathroom breaks, play, exercise, or even just someone to pay attention - I'm here for it. For cats, I find it is more about making sure they are in an enviroment fit for them to feel safe, happy, taken care of, and occasionally left alone when they want to be. It just depends on what they want that day, and the cat's personality. With both kinds of pets, I am careful to tune into the relationship that particular pet wants and needs.

I prefer medium to smaller dogs, but do not discriminate! I would like to know ahead of time any behavioral issues or potty habits your dog (or cat) may have. Obviously if the pet has any allergies or medical conditions, please keep me informed. Other than that, I'd love any and all info about your pet and their personality you are willing to give, but do not require it ahead of an agreement to sit!
A typical day
For any pets with a particular exercise or bathroom break routine, I keep that in mind and integrate it into their time with me. If a dog is staying with me, I will bring it to Winnemac Park for some fresh air and exercise. If I am staying with a cat or dog, I will spend time showing it the attention it craves, playing, cuddling, feeding, and loving.

I am a working actor and stay-at-home entrpreneur - this means I have long periods of downtime where I have control over my schedule and can spend time giving my undivided attention to your pets- a win-win-win situation. You can take care of other things, I can take care of your pet, and your pet gives me a happiness boost using their magic powers of adorableness.
