Pet care experience
A pet owner for my whole life, and a dog owner for five years. I aspire to train service dogs later in life so dog sitting and walking is a joy of mine. With dog sitting, I am fully willing to spend time working with your dog with commands and tricks, as well as playing with your dog and keeping them comfortable and feeling safe with me. Your dog will get a good workout with me on walks, as well as enjoy lots of sniffing and playing to wear them out. I will even work with your dog on them not pulling on their leash while we walk, to allow them to be more easy for you to be able to walk yourself. Your dog and I will have a wonderful time together!

Please leave me detailed instructions on where you'd like your pets to stay any time I'm out of the house, and if they can be left unwatched in the house. If not, I'm happy to keep an eye on them any time they're loose in the house, I just don't want to accidentally wind up with a dog chewing something they shouldn't. Also, please let me know where any leashes, toys, treats and crates are, and if they walk on a harness or anything special like that. If you have any favorite dog friendly spots near your house, please do tell me!

I would like to know the dogs energy level, as well as their reaction to meeting other people or dogs on walks. Also, if they are treat motivated or toy motivated. I prefer medium to large breed dogs.

I love to take dogs on walks, before and after work if daylight allows, or long slow walks or even day trips on the days I am home all day. If you'd like, I'm happy to work on training with your dog as well.

I currently work full time, but will typically walk your dog(s) before and after work any days that I work, and will play with them a lot on days I'm off. If you're comfortable, I absolutely love to take dogs out with myself and my friends to drive around and go various places!
