Pet care experience
I’ve owned and taken care of dogs as long as I can remember. All dogs I’ve owned have been rescues from the local humane society and I wouldn’t have it any other way. My friends’ have relied on me to watch their dogs and cats while they were away and they have become my family too. All are welcome in my home.

With no other obligations they will have my full attention to be pet and played with and tire them out. Where I live, there’s a small dog park and a lot of sidewalks and walk areas to keep your pooches paws from being burned on the hot summer pavement.

If they are food aggressive. If they get along with lots of other people. Any special medications that need to be administered at certain times of the day. Any health issues. Get along with other dogs as sometimes my friends come by at night with their pup. Feeding and walk schedule (if there is one). If they are prone to accidents in new places or around new people. If they need to be crated at night (can always sleep in my bed with me no issues). Any special toys they like to play with or special treats.
A typical day
There’s a big dog friendly park and walkway down the road from my house to tire out your pup while avoiding main roads. I have a fenced in back yard to play ball and chase and run around as well as a large downstairs area to play indoors on rainy days. I also have a bathtub in my bathroom to clean up any muddy paws. We can also relax on the couch or on my bed to take naps and get all the pets and cuddles. Very one on one attention and many roommates to keep the dog social and loved.

Availability
I currently work nights on Thursdays, Friday and Saturday nights overnight in Denver, but I’m free and at home Sunday all day and night through Thursday late afternoon before heading in.
