Pet care experience
I believe that being a good dog walker is more than just about taking care of the dogs; it’s also about understanding their needs and acting accordingly. I know that each dog is different and walks should be tailored to suit their individual needs. Having personally raised a golden retriever, a miniature golden doodle, and through pet sitting for family and friends, I have gone on thousands of walks and hikes and I am well acquainted to dog’s individual signals and behaviors. As a dog walker I would give every dog my full attention in order to make their walks as fulfilling as possible!

Although I can accommodate any of your dog’s needs, it is always helpful to know a dog’s specific behaviors and preferences ahead of time. These can be things like medical conditions, allergies, or if the dog is not particularly friendly to others.
A typical day
I like treating dogs do a variety of activities. Whether it’s a walk around town, a hike in the woods, or a round of fetch at the park, Greenwich and the surrounding area provide an abundance of dog friendly locations. My favorite places to take dogs are the 4th ward, mianus river park, the babcock preserve, and the Greenwich dog park.
