Caring, detail-oriented dog lover

Pet care experience

I’ve had dogs my whole life and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve loved taking care of my own puppies as well as friends puppies during college. I am great with puppies and older dogs as I have had multiple dogs throughout my and enjoy seeing them grow, in both the wild stages and the calm stages. I take pride in my patience with puppies and dogs with medical issues. I have a 2 y/o black lab that has suffered from ureter and allergy issues since she was born that has required patience and more care than most other dogs need. I have never met a dog that I don’t like or doesn’t like me. I am open to help in any way possible!

Troy has had dogs his whole life. So he is very equipped to dog walk/sit. He loves dogs & would treat them like his own.

Safety, trust & environment

Because I prefer to keep your furry friends in the safe environment of their home and since I have my own dog at my house most nights, I only will only do visits at customers home. If you require a house sitting stay, I can let your dogs out once during the early AM hours and then again when it’s morning time. On weekends I can spend as many hours as you are comfortable there, allowing for 2 walks around the block as well as a potty break every couple hours. I can initially arrive at your house anytime after 5 pm on Friday nights or anytime on Saturday/Sundays. If it’s just a drop in visit, I will walk/play with your dog, give them medication, bathroom break, and food. If you just want a dog walking session, I will walk around the neighborhood for 30 minutes and can walk up to two dogs at a time. I can administer medications (injection/oral) as I have had to learn this skill in human patient care as well as with my furry friend at home. The type of dog doesn’t matter to me. I have had high maintenance dogs, mild mannered dogs, and shy dogs. If certain animals within the house need to stay separated I can also manage that by ensuring doors/gates are closed. The only thing I need to ensure your pets well being, is a location of collars and leashes (preferably out in the laundry room or near the door) and food. Please indicate which areas you want me to avoid if you are wanting an overnight stay as I do not want to invade the privacy of your home. I am always available by message or call so feel free to reach out on any adjustments to my base plans or to provide details about your pets needs. Thank you!

I am currently a medical student that has weekends off. So weekends are pretty open for me to expend a significant amount of time tending to your little ones needs. I can spend most of the day Saturday with them as well as Sunday. Friday night is open after 5 PM. Week nights are tentative based on the care you require but would have to either leave your house early or arrive very early (6 AM) in the morning to take care of your dog before I have to go fulfill my career obligations! I usually get off around 2-4 PM and could head straight there to let your little ones out for a walk and bathroom break. If you just require a walk or one/two visits a day, I can do that most days of the week.
