Hi! I am a dog lover who has had and cared for two personal dogs, as well as numerous other dogs of various breed, age, and needs for activity. A bit more about me: professionally, I have worked most of my career in sports social media, and will be attending graduate school in Europe this fall, so I plan to use this summer to spend time closer to family before I continue my education. I previously had a Labradoodle for 13 years, and currently have a 3 year old Bernedoodle who I raised and trained since he was a puppy. With my 13 year old dog, I have experience dealing with older dogs with neurological issues, so I can assure you I will be able to handle the needs of your dog as well! I love to hike and go for walks and get outside with dogs and plan to spend as much time as possible giving your dog attention, love, and letting them expend some energy! Outside of my family dogs, I have experience with numerous other dogs of other sizes, from fostering a golden retriever puppy in New York City, to house sitting for full grown mastiffs, I love working with dogs of all sizes and background. For house sitting, I can be attentive, relax and play with the dogs, spending hours dedicated to solely focusing on them. I love spending time one-on-one (or more depending how many dogs you have) getting them exercise, stimulation, and letting them have fun! If I am working, I will be on my laptop and can drop whatever I am doing to attend to the dogs as needed. For house visits I will take them outside, play, and show them love while keeping them entertained and energized as well as giving them a bathroom break. For walks I will take them for walks around the neighborhood or, if you are open to letting me take them for a ride to a nearby trail, I can also do that (and a tick check after) to let them really have fun!
