Pet care experience
I've taken care of dogs and cats for just over ten years. Neighbors and friends have trusted me to walk, feed, and look after their pets and homes. I also have a King Charles Spaniel puppy of my own named Ringo. It's always a pleasure for me to take care of someone's pet or home and I don't mind spending extra time for the best experience possible! Being the happy owner of a little puppy, I understand they can require a lot of attention to feel safe and loved while their families are away. Anything else, please reach out! This was my first time using Rover to find a sitter, so I was very nervous! But Tristan made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. He was responsive to my request, gave me plenty of kitty updates, and was responsive via text throughout the stay. Both my kitties were happy and healthy upon my return home, and my home was just as I'd left it. I would highly recommend Tristan to anyone looking for a caring sitter for their furry family.
I feel fortunate I was able to find Tristan and book with him being new to town and not having a known dog sitter. He was reliable, answered calls promptly and arranged a meet & greet to meet us. I have not traveled in a year and I work at home full time so my dog is very attached to me. Tristan was sensitive and arrived here at a time he could be with the dog when I left. The dog took to him and did very well while I was away.
Great Dogsitter! Always nerve wracking having a stranger stay in your house for the first time. Tristan responded to all of my texts when I was out of town promptly and put us at ease having him stay there. Our dogs are very pretty crazy but he was able to handle them! He also left our house in the exact condition we left it in, so we didn’t have anything to clean up when we got home.
He understands crazy puppies! Very communicative and asked great questions. a++

A typical day
I am a very active person who does not tire easily of fetch! If your pet needs to get energy out, I'm always game to spend lots of time playing. For older animals, I can tone it down and makes lots of time to chill around the house.

Availability
I work part-time, teaching theatre on weekends. During the week, my schedule is highly flexible. I am available Monday-Friday and after 4pm on Saturday/Sundays. I am also available for overnights in most situations.
