Pet care experience
Aside from having pets since I was a kid, I’ve worked in animal care/welfare for almost 5 years. I started at Humane Fort Wayne as an animal care specialist and now I’m a Surgery Tech at our high volume spay/neuter clinic. I am well versed in handling everything from kittens & puppies to geriatric cats and dogs, I’m also experienced with handling dogs up to 140 lbs.

A typical day
It really depends on your pet. If your pet likes to play and run we will play and run. If your pet likes to cuddle and get pets, we will cuddle. If your pet is uneasy with strangers, I will keep my distance until your pet is ready to make friends.

I currently work 8-5 Monday-Friday. I am open to before and after work check ins for meals and potty breaks, but have more open availability on the weekends if your pet should require more one on one time.
