Pet care experience
I am an animal lover with experience in pet sitting. My husband and I have one healthy, active and well-trained cat. I've trained him to sit, shake and stand for a treat. Someday soon we hope to add a dog to the mix. My care giving experience stems from my degree in Social Work. I have a professional background of working with young children in schools and older adults in assisted living facilities. As a child, I grew up in rural Indiana. I spent time around dogs, cats, chickens, goats, pigs and horses. It was in those early years that my deep love for animals was formed. Now I'm in a position to provide care to other peoples animals. I look forward to the opportunity to serve you and your furry friends.

Tricia was amazing and took wonderful care of our little PD! Tricia kept us updated and sent pictures daily. I was a little jealous he was enjoying himself so much while we were away!
We just hired Tricia to watch our dog Cocoa for five nights while we were out of town, and we couldn't have made a better choice! She always kept in touch with texts and pictures, and we could tell he was in good hands the entire time. We never once worried about Cocoa and felt totally at ease while we were gone. Her trust was well earned. We actually wondered if he wanted to stay with her rather than come back home, he had so much fun and was so well cared for! We have NO reservations about using her services again. They were well worth it!
Tricia is amazing with our little monster. The care and kindness she shows is above what anyone could hope for in a pet sitter. We refer to her as Willow’s camp counselor. She not only entertains her all day but sends constant pictures and notes to update us on her stay. Only problem we have is we thing she likes Tricia more than us.

A typical day
I live on a quiet cul-de-sac with woods on two sides of our house. My backyard is a little small but it is fenced and dog friendly. Just beyond our back gate are non public trails that are perfect for a leisurely walk. While taking a walk in the neighborhood, we may even meet one of the many neighbors who enjoy walking their dogs on my quiet street. Your pet and I will have plenty of opportunities to explore, play fetch, chase or any game that they enjoy. Our glass and screened deck provides a great relaxation platform for some outdoor air and nature watching.

I’m currently working part-time, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pup. It’s not uncommon for me to take your pup to the park or for a drive in the car.
