Hello/Woof Woof! For over a decade I have been the go-to for my friends, family and neighbours looking for companionship for their canines. From puppy to old-timer, Mastiff to teacup Yorkie, I've never come across a dog I couldn't calm down with a long walk and game of tug-o-war followed by some relaxing scratching and cuddling. Having had two rescues, each with very different needs, I have developed an understanding and patience to work with the quirks that make each dog unique. I offer gentle leadership in a relaxed environment, my priority is to build confidence rather than demand perfect obedience. I am open to longer walks, dog park visits, off-leash time and a variety of other activities. Gimme a shout and lets work out a fun, exciting, and adventurous schedule for your best friend.

Tricia was excellent with our dog! He can be stubborn at times but Tricia was so calm and cool about it and knew just how to get him moving on his walk! She definitely knows how to care for pets. We felt so relieved after the first walk and look forward to booking another one!
We have used Tricia’s services a few times now, where she has come to our home and taken Dani, our 2 year old Portuguese Water Dog, out for walks in the middle of the day when we are at work. Tricia is great! We are lucky to have found her on this app, and that she is so close to us!!! She is always so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. You can tell she really cares for animals and Dani loves her!! We have grown quite fond of her also 🙂. She is responsible and loving to our fur baby, and I’m sure you will adore her too. I have a partially fenced yard and access to many walking trails and parks nearby. I have a seven-year-old medium-sized dog Scout to keep them company with cuddles.

Any aggression issues should be made clear, as well as diet and training regimen. I would not want to do anything that goes against home training. No breed preference.
A typical day
I try to cater walks and activities to the dog, for example a young, high energy dog would get a good walk before making a stop at the dog park to socialize. For an older or less social dog I would probably switch the dog park for a quiet wooded trail for some solitude.

Availability
I am a firm believer that a tired dog is a happy dog. I prioritize getting my own dog's needs met so that I can work on whatever I need to knowing she's taking a well deserved "happy nap" in the corner.
