Trey is the best. Super pleased with him, positive attitude and excellent communication and work ethic. Took excellent care of our pets and our home while we were gone for over a week. He sent pictures and updated daily. Will def be using him again and again and again! Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dog or house sitter!!

I paid Trey to walk 4 dogs . They are large dogs: the first time Trey came I let him take two dogs at a time for 30 minutes. The next day he asked my wife if he could take all 4 at once. She allowed it but I told him that next time he could only take 2 at a time. There is no way the dogs could receive any attention with 4 at once and there was no way he could properly walk 4 large dogs all at the same time . The next day he texted me and said he booked another walk and could only take all 4 at once for 30 minutes. I told him I would not agree to that and that I have PAID for each dog to be walked separately but I would allow him to take 2 at a time. He told he that was not in the Rover guidelines and I should call customer service. I told him he was wrong. I called customer service and they confirmed I was correct. They asked if I wanted to cancel the remaining walks I purchased and get a refund . I told customer service that he was a good kid and they should call him as it was crazy that I would EVER pay $60. for 30 minutes of dog walking! I told costumer service that I would allow him to continue walking my dogs at 2 at a time and that I was even going to book him for 5 more days of walks. He refused to walk 2 at a time so I cancelled everything and received a full refund from Rover. It’s too bad that this kid doesn’t get it . I would not recommend him.
