I am and always have been an animal lover. I understand that each pet is unique and has their own personality and individual needs. I have about 4 years of experience dealing with a “special needs” rescue dog - he has very high anxiety and has a difficult time meeting new people or other pets. He takes a very long time to warm up to new people and doesn’t care for other dogs very much. This experience taught me so much about caring for pets. For example, when walking him, I have to make sure other people (or their dogs) don’t come up to pet him without allowing him to sniff them out first – which is pretty hard because he is honestly so cute. However, I love to take care of him and am eager to be of assistance with your pet and treat them like my own!
