Pet care experience
We have a large fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood on the north end of Bainbridge Island, along with a 2 acre farm space in the center of the island where doggies can run around while we garden, work, care for our homes/kiddos, and play with the current pack we are watching. When your dog stays with us, they will be part of the family. Trenton has had dogs his whole life- Golden Retrievers, Australian Shepherds, Great Pyrenees, and Shihpoos. He loves the particularities of different breeds and taking care of their specific needs. Jordan is a new comer to caring for dogs(a year of experience) and is absolutely loving it. Her empathy gives her a special quality in knowing when a dog is uncomfortable or in need of something. She gives any dog that stays with us the most devotional love, and snuggles. Our two kiddos, 6&7, adore all the dogs that come visit us and we’ll send super fun photos/videos of them chasing your puppers around our yard spaces daily. We know dog ownership is a huge responsibility which is why making it part of our work cycle allows us to take care of animals we love like they are family. We are so excited for the opportunity to care for your special pup!

Lambeau had an absolute blast! Jordan and Trenton were amazing with keeping us updated and sent many photos and videos throughout his stay as well. We will definitely stay again!!
Ketch LOVES T and J and his time with them. I was so grateful for the love and care he received during his boarding while we were away as well as the updates they shared with me. He will definitely be back anytime we are in need of care.
Trixie spent a pleasant afternoon with Trenton and Jordan. She likes the fact that she can come and go—wandering outside in the grassy pen or resting in the warm kitchen.

We have a large fenced area outside and several areas inside for visiting dogs. We will often go out to play with them or pet them in our living area. Watching us make food in the kitchen seems to be a consistent favorite. We do offer in-home care for pets- one of us, or both, will stay with your pet in your home environment. We are responsible and professional and offer this service at a price that works for us.

We can accommodate special needs dogs if given the information beforehand. Many breeds have particular temperaments and need to be handled differently. Just let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate. We have multiple indoor areas in the event a dog needs their own space.
A typical day
Breaking up the day into little treats and activities works well for dogs. We would get up around 6a play outside for a few minutes and then eat a little breakfast. Mid morning we would head for a walk or hang in the yard, and then come back and rest. Maybe chew on a bone for a while and nap. In the afternoon we would go into the yard and play around with some toys or go on another walk depending on your dogs needs. In the evening we would snuggle by our wood stove and maybe watch a movie together.

Availability
Trenton and Jordan both work from home part time on flexible schedules, which allows us to keep your dog by our sides and attend to their needs at all times. We may run errands, exercise, go to the beach or snuggle at home depending on your pet’s needs. We have two boys who grew up with large dogs and love to play with visiting animals. This gives us lots of flexibility to keep your dog happy and engaged throughout their stay.
