I hate to leave such a low rating. I requested Trenika to pet sit my dogs. She advised me that she would have to leave for work as she was a full time personal chef. That was understandable to me. We worked out the details in advance and had 2 separate meets. In person she sounded very professional and like someone I could actually trust. Unfortunately that turned out not to be the case. She did not spent nights with my dogs. They get their long walks. Trenika would show up at my house at around 8am and be gone by 9 am. Sometimes she would show up again at around 4pm for about 30 to 45 minutes and again at night for another very brief visit. When I came home the dogs had no water. Dog hair was everywhere. They had been shut in for awhile and they were just so stressed. I opened the windows. Took out the trash. Got all the bad smells out. Spoke with my neighbors about the sitter and just how short the walks were. They told me they saw my dogs suffering inside through the windows. I found grape tomatoes on the floor near their empty water bowls when I returned home. I would check in with her during my vacation to see how things were going and she always told me that things were going great. I really would have fixed any issues she had that may have kept her from sitting with my dogs like requested. Sadly, she never bought a single issue to my attention.

Awesome communication, service, good price and super flexible. I felt good leaving going out of town without worrying. I will definitely use Trenika again. Thank you
