Your Puppy’s Home Away From Home
Pet care experience
We are a loving family with two sons aged 16 and 18 who live in a large home with lots of outdoor space in the Santa Teresa area. I typically work from home and have the ability to provide around the clock care for your puppy. We are all dog lovers and have had dogs all of our lives as kids and adults. We have a “smallish” size dog “Jax” (28lbs) who loves to play with dogs of all sizes and breeds. We rescued Jax in July of 2014 after losing both our other loving dogs a few years prior. We are used to multiple dogs in the home and know how to manage the busy schedule of personal care. We go for walks a minimum of once a day and we shower our furry friends with love and affection. We have a doggie door to the back, fully fenced in yard with locks on the gates, grass, elevated beds and lots of sunshine. We have home security system with cameras and we are willing to Skype or Face Time with you so you can see your pet while you’re away.

As usual had a wonderful stay with Travis and family. We booked our vacation based on their availability bcos we dont trust our baby with any other sitter 😄 they provided us updates and pictures during the stay and our furbaby is back home happy and healthy. Thank you for taking care of him!
We left our fur baby Coco with Travis and Jen for 2 weeks during which we got regular photo and video updates on Coco’s activities. They also went extra mile to make Coco feel safe and comfortable during 4th of July fireworks noise. I like that they only take one dog at a time to give full attention. It’s clear Travis and Jen do it not for the money, but for their love of dogs. Their own fur baby, Pax, is super friendly as well. Overall, Coco had a great stay and we will be happy to leave him with Travis and Jen again and again!

Having history of your puppy is important. We like to know if there are any limitations on exercise or walking distance, special dietary needs or medications they are taking. We like to know about sleeping arrangements like using a crate or special blankets and where in the house they like to sleep.
A typical day
With a large backyard, we run around in the grass and love to play fetch. For our walks, we have a park 1/4 mile from the house and we enjoy our time on-leash in the open sun filled area.
