We are a household of two dads and one fur dog (a sweet female lab)! We have fostered dogs for the last three years and decided to open our home after finding it difficult to find a place for our own pup to stay when traveling. We helped open a cat cafe two years ago where over 1,300 rescue cats have been adopted out! Needless to say we have a passion and empathy for all animals. We are both college educated and have degrees in social work. Our passion is in social justice, equality, promoting altruism, and caring for others. One of us has the ability to work from home which allows the dogs we keep overnight to be active and have companionship through out the day. You won’t have to worry about them sitting in a crate all day like at dog boarding locations. We have a giant fenced in back yard just blocks away from the breezy ocean which is great for late sunset walks. We typically do a walk early in the morning and late in the evening. Our lab is very playful and friendly, so your pup can expect plenty of exercise! Your dog will feel at home here so you can relax and be worry free on your own travels.
