I am a full time dog trainer, who works from home. I spent the past 8 years in the United States Marine Corps, and got the opportunity to work closely with the detection dog handlers during my enlistment. I have dogs and cats of my own and have been around dogs since birth. I love taking dogs for walks and running around at the dog parks. I treat all animals as if they were my own and I love being able to provide care when the parents are working or out of town. Helping animals has always been a passion of mine and the reason I have so many animals of my own. I am available until January 9th, as I will be returning back to the military full time.

Travis and Rachael did a wonderful job taking care of my 3 large breed dogs. Even our rescue that is very shy with new people wormed up quickly. From the first meeting I felt at ease that great care would be given to my fuzzy kids and that I could trust them with access to my home while we were away.. I would highly recommend Travis for anyone looking for a professional and personable sitter or trainer.
Three weeks before my fiancé and I were supposed to get married, our usual dog sitter notified us she would be unable to take our dogs. We scrambled to find a new sitter, met with a few, and Travis really stood out. He was very easy to get in contact with and accommodating with pickup and drop off times. Our two Lab mixes stayed with him for 11 nights. We received photos and updates while they were staying there. The dogs had their beds, food, and plenty of outdoor time with Travis. He lets them out several times a day which is what we really wanted for our active dogs. They were even able to spend time with his dogs outside so they socialized during their stay! Our dogs had a great time with Travis!
From the moment Travis met my lab, I knew I didn't need to look any further for someone to take care of him when I cant bring him with me. Travis opens his home and treats my lab as if his own. In talking with Travis you almost immediately see the passion he has for training and taking care of animals. I will gladly make the drive from Denham Springs for him to watch my dog again.
