I've taken care of dogs since I was young. My family and I have always had a dog. Whenever my dad has gone on trips I watch our dogs. My first time in college was a challenge for me because it was my first time caring for them a week on my own. Though after developing a good routine I was able to easily adapt. This prepared me well and taught me how to be attentive and caring to their needs. Spending more time with them also helped me gain a stronger connection with them.
