Pet care experience
I am a lifelong pet owner, rescue advocate and SPCA-trained dog walker. My animal first aid will be updated by June 30, 2021 and I will be expanding my business based on demand to include overnight boarding once my yard is fenced in. I am in a rural area of Asheville--doggy heaven! And I will love your pets as I do my own. There is a dog in my household so special arrangements are required for dog selective animals. Walks could include dog parks or recreational areas in your neighborhood as well as some transition time back in the home. I can customize my walk based your pup's needs to include walk and/or yard time, feeding, minor health care and a treat of course! Thank you for letting me take care of your fur babies.

Tracy was not in the dog sitting adventure till she moved to her new location. I have known Tracy for five years in Texas and she is one devoted dog lover. I have know her to be involved with dog rescues and wanting to take every dog home she finds. I totally would trust her with my three dogs. Yep, she even made dog treats for them at Christmas. Wish she started this new adventure when living in Texas, I certainly would have trusted her care with my babies.

Once I have a fence installed, pets will have the full run of my yard-approximately 1/3 of an acre and access to my home. The situation will depend on getting along with my dog and other stays--up to two.

A typical day
Dog enthusiast on board--dogs need fresh air and activity--just like humans. And I like variety if possible so your dog will get a brisk walk with poop and pee stops, time to smell all the good smells from other animals and some loving if they are comfortable with that. They will get a variety of routes applicable to the neighborhood. I will soon offer a travel option to take your dog on a hike if appropriate to the dog and my sitting schedule. As an active outdoor enthusiast, I will give your dog lots of sunshine and outdoor activity time in my large fenced in yard or if it's raining, shelter in my home.

Availability
I will be caring for other pets outside the home part of the day. I own a dog and he gets walked and played with daily. I hike with him when schedule allows. This is currently a full time occupation for me and each dog will get my full care and attention as contracted.
