Tracy was so thoughtful and patient with my shy senior dog. My dog was sick at the time, and has a few particular habits. She made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her, and was thorough with all the details involved. Thank you Tracy!

Tracy is the first person we look for when seeking pet sitting/walking for our dog Lulu. She is the consummate professional and we are at ease knowing that Lulu is under Tracy's care which allows us to focus on whatever activity is temporarily separating us from Lulu. We've been fortunate to receive the assistance of several other sitters/walkers, and we can say without a doubt that Tracy is the person we want when she is available. Timeliness: As people with busy schedules, having someone show up on time is such an important attribute. Tracy has never been late, and even provides pre-arrival updates so that we know everything is still running as scheduled. She also returns promptly (and never cuts short on time) so that we can continue with our day as planned. Attentiveness: Everyone has special requests or needs for their pets, and not all caregivers will even bother to ask. Tracy has high attention to detail and takes meticulous notes to capture all our asks and quirks that Lulu may require. We're probably on the higher-end of pickiness so knowing that Tracy is equally in-tune with our dog's needs gives us a huge sense of relief. Overall pet happiness: Perhaps the most important thing for us is making sure that Lulu enjoys being around her sitter/walker, and that is never more apparent than when she sees Tracy. Uncontrollable joy is how I would describe it. Seeing that connection makes us so happy in knowing that Lulu really looks forward to hanging out with Tracy. That in itself is invaluable and keeps us coming back to Tracy when we are lucky enough to get her!
