I have rescued dogs all of my life and love to care for animals. I am educated (have a BA) and am a responsible working adult that sits for fun and extra money. I have lived in the mountains all of my life and work up here as well. I have excellent references as well as from my own vet whom I closely work with my own animals. I adore all animals and they are my passion in life. My husband and I have been married for over 15 years and own our own home on over an acre and a half in the scenic mountains. We have a very large fenced yard (approx 1/4 acre) as well as a smaller more secure yard for potty breaks. The dogs are supervised at all times. The dogs have access to our safe deck at all times via a doggie door where they can sunbathe and enjoy the fresh air. We have never lost one of our fur kids to anything but illness or old age. Our fur kids our or life, we do not crate our babies and they are free feeders so our house guest would need to be okay with our home dynamics. We will be very careful about who we consider watching in our own home as our babies (and yours) happiness is the utmost importance to us. As far as houses visits are concerned, I am okay with pretty much anything (even giving meds). I love all animals so nothing is an issue for me. I am a very hands on sitter, I love to give attention, hugs, kisses and spoil fur kids. Unlike other sitters, since my rate is per half hour I do not charge extra for things like giving medications.
