II have 2 1/2 years experience running a kennel. Besides the clerical and custodial tasks I boarded pets of all kinds, as many as 25 dogs, cats and other companion pets at any given time. I didn’t want to leave that job I loved getting to know each and every pup, kitty, fish and bird but I had to move on. I became a certified veterinary assistant to gain confidence and advance in this field. It was very satisfying work and I loved it but quickly learned quickly that indoor, clean hands work just isn’t for me. (Some of us are outside dogs and that’s okay). I’ve been pet/house sitting and walking dogs daily since June of 2016 and couldn’t be happier! I’ve spent countless hours, walked thousands of miles with more than 100 different dogs and I still wake up ready to go again. Caring for pets inspires me like no other work I've done...ever! Dogs are my people. My soul is full to the top with furry doggie love!
