Tracy was awesome with my cat, Sawyer! This is the longest time I have been away from him and never once was I worried about his wellbeing. I looked forward each day to seeing/watching his thorough updates, but I knew he was in good hands with Tracy.

Tracy saved my much needed weekend away! The lady who was supposed to watch my baby for the weekend cancelled on me last minute and on the day I was set to leave for Catalina I found Tracy on Rover.com. She performed a miracle and went above and beyond by allowing me to book her last minute. She even worked with my hectic schedule that day and made arrangements with me to drop off Penny with her so I could make my ferry on time and then again was patient with us as we arrived later than expected due to turbulent seas with the ferry back. She did an amazing job and Penny seemed to really like her stay there. She sent me picture updates and communicated everything professionally with me. The only issue we had was the bag I packed Penny's things in for her stay appeared to have been peed on; not a huge deal and not her fault - Dogs pee on things. Lol I would definitely book Tracy again and I highly reccomend her. Thanks again Tracy.
