~A Little About Me...~ Hello! My name is Tracy Hook. I am a 20 year old college student at Hamline University in Midway, Saint Paul. I am an Anthropology major and a Mathematics minor. I am passionate about most things I do with my life, I don't believe in wasted time! I am passionate about art; I play guitar, piano, and drums. I also draw with graphite and charcoal as well as digitally on a tablet. I am a very active person. I get really good exercise from the dogs I meet through Rover, but beyond that I really enjoy walking, running, hiking, and other outdoor activities! When I'm inside I enjoy reading, drawing, and watching a good movie. ~Let's Talk Dogs: Experience~ Growing up, I rescued an Alaskan Husky (Misty) and a Siberian Husky (Sarah). They both passed away at age 14 in 2016. I miss them like crazy and they're a big part of why I do this. So I can tell you that if you leave your pets in my hands, I will love and care for them as if they were my own. I also volunteered at the Animal Humane Society Coon Rapids location for 2 years. Through this, I gained experience with a variety of breeds, ages, health conditions, and levels of training. I also gained experience with a variety of other animals. So if you have more than just dogs, I would be comfortable caring for your other pets too. I have personally owned dogs, cats (bengals and your average tabby cat), rats, guinea pigs, ducks, gerbils, turtles, and fish (fresh water and salt water). I have experience with a more broad variety of animals through Rover and my volunteer work, so feel free to reach out and we can discuss your other pets! Through Rover, I have experience house sitting, dog walking, and dropping in to check on your pups.
