Pet care experience
We offer a perfect fenced in environment where your dog will feel right at home. They will get the love and attention that they are used to and deserve. Our backyard offers a great area to play and exercise. We will cater to your dog's needs, whether they need lots of playtime or lots of cuddles. We have3 dogs of our own so that means your dog will have built in playmates if they so choose. About this sitter: First and foremost I am an animal lover! Particularly, rescue dogs. I love volunteering at a local rescue where I walk, cuddle, and help get dogs ready for their forever homes. I work part-time as an office assistant 2 times a week for 4 hours, the longest I will be away from your dog! I enjoy teaching young kids at the local YMCA to cook, reading, watching movies and exercising. I am originally from Pittsburgh but have called Philly my home for the past 15 years. Why I love dog sitting I am a dog lover and currently volunteer at Main Line Animal Rescue in Phoenixville PA. My husband and children also love dogs so there are extra hands to love your dog while they stay at our home. At the rescue I am responsible for handling and working with all sizes and types of dogs...from Chihuahuas to Rottweilers. I have experience with shy dogs as well. Meet my pets We have 3 rescue dogs and 1 rescue cat. A 7 yr old Shepard mix, an 11 yr. old terrier mix and a 12 yr old minature poodle. Since we have one big dog and 2 littles, your dog will get to choose the right playmate! Our dogs get along with the cat but if your dog is not cat friendly it is easy enough to separate them so that is not a concern. About my yard Our back yard area is totally secure with a 5 foot fence. The area is approximately 100' X 100'. I have a 6 pound mini poodle who is safe and secure within our fence.

Tracy did an amazing job with our 13 month old, 85 pound Rhodesian Ridgeback! This was our first time leaving our baby and Tracy was able to calm our nerves throughout the whole process. She sent us pictures and updated us throughout the week. As uncomfortable as it is leaving your dog with a stranger, Tracy did an amazing job of making our dog feel like a part of her family!

Luna had a wonderful time with Tracy, her family and their pack of dogs. She came home tired and happy. I received updates and pictures while we were gone, which was reassuring.
Zeke had a great first stay with Tracy and her husband Scott. He came home one exhausted pup (that's a huge plus for us!) :-) We loved seeing all the pics and video that Tracy sent. We know this crazy, hyper doodle of ours can be a handful with his energy, so we are so grateful for the excellent care Tracy provided while we were away for the weekend. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tracy, and we hope to use her again.

Your dog must be pet friendly, current with all their shots and house trained. If crate trained, please bring the crate along for their stay. One can be provided for you if needed. I love all types of dogs but have a soft spot for the "oldies". My dogs are easy going but also love to play.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks If your dog needs more exercise than running in the back yard, I will walk around our neighborhood which is only has one entrance and exit. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Either in their crate or a dog bed/blanket provided by the owner. My 3 dogs sleep in crates on the first floor. Your dog can sleep anywhere on the first floor as well. Time I'll spend with your dog Most days I am home or in and out all day. The longest period of time out of the house is 4 or 5 hours. I limit my time out of the home when I have a new 4 legged friend staying with me.
