Pet care experience
I've always had room in my heart and home for dogs. House and pet-sitting / walking from Seattle to Salem to Sacramento. Maverick (black lab), Tula (Dalmatian) and Mia & JRo (10 lbs of rescued chihuahuas), respectively, are my oldest and longest canine "clients". Mia & JRo are my very own! I am a previous volunteer with a local county shelter and have helped dogs (and cats) of all breeds find homes by assisting with photographing and posting pet profiles online, volunteer walking and supervising socialization through play.

I have known Tracy since 1983. Since that time she has achieved a college degree, gotten married, and raised two children. She has worked with special needs children, excelled in bereavement care, knows sign language, and is techno savvy. Tracy is caring, compassionate, and creative. She is a resourceful and intelligent individual, and has more patience than 90% of the population. I have entrusted my children, my pets, and my home to her on several occasions over the last 30+ years - all without a moment's hesitation. Tracy treats her pets like members of her family, and when in charge of other's pets she gives them the same love and respect. She is an avid walker and likes taking day trips. If there is a pet in the picture, that animal goes along on Tracy's adventures. I can't think of a more reliable and well rounded person suited for this responsibility.
Tracyt has actually been taking care of my old puppy before she started with Rover. She is fantastic! She comes over and picks up him and drops him off. She actually walks him (unlike some sitters). My pooch is and old dog, and he doesn't ask to go on a walk again if he has already been on a walk. He loves being copilot and driving her around. She is very flexible and has great communication! She sends pictures and updates all the time! Highly recommended, you family and fur babies will love her too!
