Pet care experience
I grew up in the country in upstate NY with many cats and dogs. I'm told that I have that type of personality that pets love. I think I was a treat in another life because they gravitate towards me! I'm willing to give meds, cut nails on cats, get eye boogers out of their eyes, massage their paws, ears and back till they fall asleep but please don't ask me to bathe a cat! I'll ask detailed questions about how you take care of your pet so I can do the same- ie use a seatbelt in the car, walk them on the opposite side of the sidewalk of other dogs, don't feed people food etc. I've always been a particular pet owner so I'll respect the way you want yours taken care of.

Tracy has cared for our dog Boomer many times. She is reliable, loving and we consider her an extension of our family when we are out of town and watches our dog. I highly recommend her!
Tracy has been my #1 choice when it comes to house sitting and more specifically taking care of the two fur babies, Elton and Gunner, my two rescued mini schnauzers. There are certain people that dogs can bond with instantly because of their innate ability to determine a person who gives their heart to them. Tracy is one of those special people and my boys are ecstatic from the second she arrives. I must also add that she takes great care of my house and belongings. My place looks better than when I left. This is her own commitment to excellence. Choosing someone other than Tracy would mean you have chosen second best!
Your pet will be in the very best hands with Tracy! I have never watched a person love all animals more than she does. She will clean their eye boogers and give them lots of hugs, kisses and attention. She is very present and clean and will make your pet feel all of her love. If they need a bit of exercise she will run up and down the street with them until they are tuckered out, and if they can't walk home she will carry them. I highly recommend Tracy if you are looking for a loving nurturing pet sitter for your beloved pet.

Let me know if they don't get along with a certain kind of dog or being around other dogs. If certain noises, certain people scare them. What can't they have/eat. If they love ice cubes as a treat (I've had dogs that do!) or something you know they love in particular. Also, if I should avoid children as I know some are scared of little kids.
A typical day
You tell me what activities your dog likes. Throw a ball, long walks, beach time, hikes, doing lunches with me etc. but only what you want and if you don't want me to take them in the car, I have plenty of fun areas around me to go to. I love playing with pets so bring them on!
