A better vacation than yours
Pet care experience
[sorry, i'm unavailable until 5/15/24] I love dogs, but can't have my own permanently due to travel. Your dog will get a vacation to rival yours. Daily hikes by Sanders Beach, at Tubb Hill, McCuen Park/dog park, Atlas Water Park (I keep them on the leash at all times); aroma/sound/crystal therapies at home, playtime, and relaxing at home with focused love and attention. They will be the only pet in the household. I respect owner's rules and desires. You can trust that your dog will be happy, peaceful and safe, with me. Daily photos and video calls, if you'd like. I have fostered 24+ mutts through muttville senior dog rescue, I have had my own dogs and I pet sit for friends any time. I do this for dog companionship, rather than money. I treat dogs - and all animals - as the precious family member they are. Since I don't have a dog, right now, your dog will get the extra royal treatment of a temporary dog. I only take dogs in when I can give them the attention and experience they deserve. I prefer dogs 2+ years old. I prioritize the dog's needs when i take one on. I work a flexible schedule, from home, which makes it easy to accommodate the dog's needs. I keep to your schedule and desire for how you'd like your dog cared for. i treat and consider dog's like members of the family.

As some of you may be able to relate, in our mind our dog Chanel, is a human disguised as a dog. As such, we are VERY reluctant to leave our furry child with anyone. We travel a lot - creating stress, each time at the thought of leaving her with a stranger. And those feelings transfer to our furry child as well. Good News: We found Tracey! We’ve experienced several pet sitters over the years and Tracy is an A+. To say we are overjoyed with the care she provided is an understatement. Among her many positives: • Her home provides a very nice, comfortable environment for your dog. • She has a very calm, soothing demeanor and understands the psychology of dogs. • Frequent walks and outings. • Multiple pictures and videos each day. The first day Chanel arrived, Tracey had several bags of treats, and toys for her. Chanel is always nervous when we leave her, but she waltzed right in and started playing with the toys and enjoying herself. Tracey lives in the Sanders Beach area. It was such a treat for Chanel to be able to take daily walks on the beach and frequent Tubbs Hill which We hit the jackpot with Tracey, and we highly recommend her. We feel she treated Chanel like she was her own. You will not regret trusting her with your furry child.
Tracey was amazing when we left our dog Beau with her over the weekend. She made sure he was comfortable in her home before we left, asked questions about his personality and needs, and sent us many pictures throughout the stay. He had an amazing time and I highly recommend letting your pet stay with her.
Tracey was such a great find for us and Juno!! She was very attentive, considerate, and flexible with our scheduling. Her house is in a great neighborhood and in close proximity to ours which helps as well. Juno got lots of exercise and adventures. Will definitely reach out to her for help in the future!
Tracey is the best! Our pup had an absolute blast and we got photos everyday.

My highest priority is to return the dog in the same or better state than the dog that you dropped off, and second is for the dog to have a great time. I only board one dog at at time. They are indoors, unless I am outside with them in my fenced yard or walking. They are always on leash, unless the parents give permission for off leash activities, and even then I am sure I have recall with the dog before I will let the dog off-leash.

Information Tracey M. would like to know about your pet
I'd like to know their normal routine in your home, potty breaks, what they like, dislike. How do they interact with other dogs. No breed preference.
A typical day
[your dog must be able to climb stairs, there are 2 flights in my home. Ideally, they are between 2-6 years old+.] Walks around the neighborhood at 7am, noon, 5pm and a quick walk at 9pm. I live near Saunders Beach, Tubb Hill, McCuen Park. Play with toys, I also have a backyard where we can play fetch. If your dog is less active, I'll work around what level of activity they're up for.

Availability
The dog's needs are prioritized during the stay. I only take on dogs when I want to give them a lot of attention. I enjoy building a relationship with the dog. Typically, it's a morning walk, noon walk, and sunset walk at the beach, stern grove or other great location.
