Hi I'm Tracey, I have 27 years experience working with dogs in different jobs, environments and situations. I'm a qualified self employed dog groomer✂️ And a certified dog trainer. Ive worked in a kennel environment, a veterinary hospital and in a small rescue centre. I have rescued adopted & rehomed dogs❤️ Im also qualified in pet first aid. I have recently been employed with a well know vetenary practice in which I assisted with the out of hours emergencys. I absolutely loved this job, I assisted with delivering pups, preparing for operations and checking the well bein of poorly animals that had been admitted 🐾 adding in lots of cuddles 🥰 I now have a small grooming business🐩 which I have had for 10 years, it worked better with my family. A lot of my clients are regulars and their dogs I have groomed from pups. I'm usually away from home Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 10am until 3pm. Monday and Fridays I work from home, weekends are devoted to long walks 🐾And trips to the beach 🏖My daughter works local so often nips home during the day, she also has a huge love for dogs 🐶 I would have loved to become an RSPCA inspector but due to family commitments it wasn't an option, but never say never! I'm currently looking into dog behaviour/psychology degrees 📚 Dogs have become my life, I’m really passionate about what I do. I do not have any dogs of my own at present, both my dogs went to doggy heaven last year. I often have dogs here so this is filling a big hole in my heart 💔 I live close to beautiful countryside🏞and use different walks daily. I live near woodland, dams, parks and transpennine trails🖼 I have a large garden that is closed in where dogs are monitored at all times🌸 I dont take lots of dogs at the same time, unless I'm 100% sure and the dogs have become regulars. I like a happy stress free environment like the dogs. I have built up great knowledge over the years on all different breeds. I carry on learning with every dog that visits our home, each dog is an individual character. I am very confident and observant and treat every dog as an individual. Every situation is force free. I can 100% assure, your dog will want to come back 💙💗 When I’m out at work for the Three days as mentioned, I do not leave the house again that evening. Weekends I’m around for the majority of the day. The dogs are monitored 24 hours on the house cameras. I also have outdoor cameras. I have games and training tricks to keep your dog busy whilst I’m away from home. I use various tools/toys and stimulating games. Dogs from different households have there own separate/safe spaces. I have different beds, tents and cover up spaces to help your dog feel safe. I can use plug ins & natural remedies to help your dog settle. I also ask for visits before your dog is left. I use a variety of activities for your dog and ask for as much information to find out what your dog likes to do, I follow care plans and can fulfil your dogs needs. The welfare act is always followed.
