Pet care experience
I’m an experienced pet owner that started my first dog walking and washing business when I was 8 years old. I’ve pet sat for friends and family for 22 years and was a Humane Society dog walker and foster home for 2 1/2 years (over 200 hours of walking dogs). I have experience with positive reinforcement training, as I attended classes (at Handi-dogs) for over two years with a previous dog. I love all animals but dogs are my favorite. I’m comfortable with all breeds, sizes, and energy levels, and have extensive experience with large, working breeds, as I’ve previously owned a Great Dane and English mastiff. I can provide care for a range of pets (rodents, reptiles, birds) for a small extra fee. My current pets include an American pit bull terrier, a pug, and two cats. I would love to include your family of pets into my heart.

When we were getting ready to go out of town, finding a sitter for our puppy was a an easy decision because we knew exactly who to call- Tovah! Our dog was even in a cone after a recent visit to the vet. She made sure he took his medication and babied him just enough. I know she will take great care of your furry family member too.
Tovah is great! I don't think there's anyone I'd trust more with my big dumb mutts. She's responsible, caring, timely, experienced, easygoing, patient, kind, and most of all, she really, truly loves them all.
Tovah is an outstanding animal caretaker. There's nobody in the world I would trust my pets to more than she. Dedicated, patient, and flexible, she handles the smallest chihuahua and the largest St. Bernard with equal care and patience. She is also especially good with pitbulls.

Please let me know about any aggressions your dog may have so that I can work around and avoid triggers, and be mindful to watch the dog around their triggers. Food aggression, fear aggression, dog aggression, etc. I have a lot of experience, and am comfortable with these dogs, small or large, I would just need to understand what the dogs trouble areas are, so that I can manage the behavior.
A typical day
I like to incorporate small, positive reinforcement training sessions into our time together. I love training dogs! And everyone appreciates a well behaved dog. When I walk dogs I allow them time to sniff and enjoy themselves. Keeping a brisk pace for a more high energy dog is also not a problem. I let the dog guide the type of walk they like to have.

Availability
My dogs and I enjoy a daily walk around the neighborhood, otherwise we’re just chilling out together around the house. I would say I feed everyone twice a day, but my pug Jeffery is known to motivate me into giving out extra rounds for everyone.
