Since I was a child I have always had a cat or dog in my home. Our german shepard/lab mix just recently passed away in June. He was 14 years old. He was our first baby and he was a treasured member of our family. Eventually, we will get another dog but we are waiting for the right time. Our whole family loves dogs and we treat them like family members. We like to have our pets hanging out with us; whether it's in the yard or the family room watching TV. I have 2 daughters who would shower your dog with attention. We have a fenced in back yard and a great neighborhood for walking. We have experience with younger and older dogs. We are very familiar with crate training and you are welcome to bring your crate to our house, We are also very well versed at giving medications as we've had both a mature dog and cats. Your dog will be in very good hands!
