K9 First aid + CPR certified.

Pet care experience

I am a dog mommy of 3 to a spunky Cattle dog mix, a calm Husky mix and a high-octane Shar-pei mix. I have owned dogs since I was 10 years old. I worked at Bark! Doggie Daycare + Hotel for 2.5 years recently leaving to pursue more schooling while being able to make my own schedule. I am K-9 First aid and CPR certified by Eric "Odie" Roth. Have been passed on Knowing dogs 101 and Group play 201 by Dog Guru's Susan Briggs and Robin Bennett. I have open availability. I have my own house with a medium sized dog-run in the back as well as a garden. My house is very dog-friendly! Dog fur welcomed! I feel comfortable handling any sized dog as well as young and old. I also have experience giving senior dogs medication and feel comfortable giving medication if needed. I would love to meet your furry family!

Torri did a great job of watching over our dog Brewski while we were gone. We left Brewski at Torri's for two nights and he got along great with her dogs. When we picked him up he was pooped! Definitely recommend her to anyone interested, she sent us adorable pictures of the dogs playing together and gave us the peace of mind that our dog was being treated like he was her own.

Torri Anderson has always loved animals. Her grandparents always had dogs when she was little and she always spent most of her time with the dogs every time we visited them. Her maternal grandparents had Dachshunds, which she spent almost every day with since she was born. Her paternal grandmother also had a Dachshund and an Italian Miniature Greyhound that was more comfortable with her than everyone else. Her paternal grandfather rescues large dogs. He had a Chocolate Labrador, two Yellow Labradors and a Tree Walker Coonhound. All the big dogs follow her around as if she was their mother. At the age of eight Torri got her first puppy of her very own, a Chocolate Labrador. From there she rescued a Calico Cat, a Chihuahua and a brother and sister pair of Black American Shorthair Cats throughout the years. Every time she saw a stray dog she would demand that we pick it up and take it home, then she would give it food and water and find its owner. Torri also spent some time working at a rescue horse ranch in Fallbrook, CA while attending high school. Since moving to Denver, CO we know that she has worked with dogs for the last 2 years and now owns an Indian Reservation rescue dog of her own. Coya is an Australian Sheepdog and German Sheppard mix and is a very special dog. Torri is a bit of a dog whisperer, what she has done with that dog is amazing. Coya lives for Torri and waits on her every move. There is nobody I would trust more with my animals than Torri.

Torri is a perfect fit by nature when caring for dogs. Pets have always been Torri's passion beginning at a young age. I have always been very impressed not to mention admire her hands on approach in such a warm and sincere way when interacting with dogs. Torri has the ability to communicate with dogs and provide lots of TLC to any given dog. She is truly gifted when it comes to caring for dogs and extremely responsible. I highly recommend her services.
