They say your dog is a good representation as to who you are as a person. So I challenge you to spend 30 seconds around my dog and not feel like this is the best possible place for your dog to spend the day. From the start of that day until the end, your dog will be running around the backyard with my pup, Ori. I work from home and my back door is open all day so they can go in and out at their heart's desire. Bored inside? Let's go outside and play! Bored outside? Let's go inside and play! Played out and tired from that hot sun? Let's go lay on the cool floor! Still too hot? Let's go bug Torre until he gives us some doggy ice cream! When the streets cool off in the evening, I take Ori out on a skateboard run for a few miles. I'm just down the street from the Cherry Creek trail as well as several parks where we visit daily. Though I highly suspect all energy will be drained via the 12 hour play session. As I mentioned, I'm currently working from home for the rest of the year, due to COVID. I spend most of my week day working at my desk but take breaks to see what Ori's barking at. Or watch him chase squirrels or take breaks just to go lay in the sun with him. I grew up with dogs as a kid but Ori is my first personal pup. He's a happy, engaging, energetic pup that would love to meet your dog. He'd love to show off his stick collection as well as his (estimated) 73 toys to your pup. We've been together almost 3 years (July 15) and both look forward to our many years to come. My main interest in joining Rover is just to get some nice, fun dogs to come hang out with Ori and play out back all day while mom/dad is busy at work. Your pup will be very well taken care of, happy, and most of all...TIRED when you come pick him/her up.
