I am 28 years old and have lived in Tokyo, Miami and Denver. One of my consistent passions in my life has been animals, especially dogs. My family never owned dogs while I was growing up, so I sought out opportunities to take care of other people's dogs whenever I could. I would stay in their homes while they were on vacation or drop in for walks a few times a day. I've cared for dogs of various ages and breeds, and I'm able to adjust to all types of personalities, whether they are calm, energetic, anxious, or shy. Additionally, I had the opportunity to volunteer at a Wildlife Conservation Reserve in South Africa where I worked with many animals - feeding them, playing with them, and medicating them. I enjoy being outdoors and going for walks and hikes, but I also love cuddling and relaxing with pets indoors. Dogs are the greatest - they have the ability to bring an instant smile to anyone's face no matter how that person is feeling in the moment. The best kind of medicine, I'd say.
