Tori made our first booking with Rover a great one! She was a real lifesaver when our plans changed last-minute and we needed someone to let our pup out for a bathroom break. Thank goodness for Rover and Tori's availability/immediate replies.She was responsive to messages and went above our expectations for a drop-in visit. We received pictures of their adventures, a follow-up message right away, and a lovely note when we came home. We'll definitely reach out to Tori again when we need to use Rover again!
