Pet care experience
Having and being around pets has always been a big priority for me! I used to be an avid rover sitter pre covid and during covid. Now that my job has slowed down, I am eager to resume caring for animals again! I strongly believe that pets are part of the family. I trained my previous fur baby 7 tricks within the span of 2 months! We achieved this through daily practice and interaction, rewarding his receptive and good behavior, and above all, being loving and patient with him. I believe that all of these qualities are necessary when being around dogs regardless if I am teaching them new tricks or not. These are all qualities you can expect from me should you choose to leave your fur baby in my care.

Tori was great with our two dogs. She was right on time and super flexible on start and finish times We were in town to go to a concert and we got update pics all along the way while she watched our dogs in the hotel room. Tori is a tremendous find. She has great communication skills and is reliable. She gave timely updates, like first thing in the morning and at the end of the evening, and also sent pictures during the day of their activities. this was so reassuring to my family and me. I never once had to worry. I felt as if they were on vacation with me. it was very refreshing. my dog greeted us in a way that indicated he was loved and cared for while we were gone. my house looked great as well. and to Tori: thank you again, so much. you made my 25th wedding anniversary holiday less stressful knowing my dog and house were in great hands. you are beautiful.
I wasn’t able to drop him off myself but i felt super comfortable with tori watching hank! Constant updates and cuddles! Happy with hanks stay!

Its no secret that not all dogs are alike! Whether your pet is friendly and energetic upon introduction, or shy and reserved, I always give them a chance to smell me first! This is not only for my safety, and for the safety of your fur baby, but I believe it also introduces a level if mutual resect and patience that is demanded when caring for any animal. I am great at gauging when to give your pet space when they want to be alone, and I also know when to give them love, playtime, and attention when they start to feel active!

No breed preferences, I don't discriminate! but would need to know if your baby bites, if there is a certain area they do not like to be touched, and if they have food allergies. I also need to know if they have fleas and if they are good at walking on the beach. I would also need to know how they do with other dogs. Additionally, are you open to letting me teach them new tricks? or would you let me practice with them any that you are teaching them yourself?
A typical day
Living in Irvine, and working in Laguna Beach 5 days a week, I am blessed with the beautiful and safe outdoor areas the coast has to offer! My favorite part of my work day is how close I am to the beach and meditating on the sand after work. Taking your dog with me on these types of practices would bring me such joy! However, if your dog doesn't like the beach, or you prefer they stay away from the boardwalk, I am also a mellow walker! I'd love to hear about your favorite places to walk or play with your pet.

Availability
I currently work in the Lumberyard Mall in Laguna Beach 5 days a week, and my favorite thing about my job is all of the beautiful dogs who visit my shop with their humans! I go into work at 11am and leave at 4:30pm so I have plenty of time in the mornings to drop in with your pet, and even more time in the afternoons to make sure they have my love and undivided attention. Since I am off on the weekends, I have all day to care for your fur baby!
