Pet care experience
I've taken care of pets of all kinds for friends, family and my own since I was 8. We lost our 18 year old shih tzu a couple years ago after an amazing and long life. Our 12 year old boxer lost his battle to cancer in November but lived everyday to the fullest! We have a 16 year old cat that we rescued 12 years ago and 2 birds. We have had many different types of animals and have lots of experience. We have a fenced in backyard, we allow pets on the furniture if their parents say it's ok, we can crate or not. We will follow the rules the pet parents have for their precious fur babies. We live near 2 parks and and a wooded area with walking paths. We always enjoyed taking our pups for walks daily and would absolutely make sure your pup had all the exercise they need. We have lots of experience administering meds on a strict schedule. We do work during the day however I work a 5 minute drive from home and can come home for lunch. We also have 2 teenagers that are home at different times throughout the day. We are a family that absolutely adores pets of all kinds and would love to help any pet parents by watching their dog(s) and keeping their mind at ease while they are away.

I can not express the gratitude of having Tonya and her family take care of Colonel. Not only did she share photos and have fantastic communication but she truly treated my dog as if he was one of hers. My dog had special needs due to a recent surgery and Tonya was so mindful of it all, I never had to stress or worry. Any dog would be fortunate enough to spend time in this great home.
Tonya and her family took amazing care of our precious dogs. They treated them as if they were their own. The photos and video were much appreciated. I definitely recommend Tonya!

A typical day
I work from 10am to 4pm. I work 5 minutes away from home and can come home on my lunch to give your pup(s) some attention and a bathroom break. We have 2 teens (18 and 13) that are home at different times throughout the day who will give the pups bathroom breaks and attention as well. Early mornings, weekends and weekday evenings I am home and your pup will get lots of attention, love and exercise! We live near 2 parks and a wooded area with walking trails. We are also a family who loves hikes and new adventures and would love to include your fur babies (if they are able). We have lots of experience with senior dogs, medical conditions and special needs.

Availability
We are 2 working parent household. I only work from 10am to 4pm and only 5 minutes from home and have the ability to come home on my lunch. We have 2 teenage girls (18 and 13) and a teenage boy (18) that are home at different times throughout the day. I am home on weekends. I'm available 7 days a week for boarding. At most during the week your pup would be alone for 4 hours.
