As a teacher, and coach I enjoy dog walking/sitting as a fun way be active. I am not able to have my own dog right now so I find great joy in taking care of others. I began dog sitting for the family I lived with after I moved back to Seattle. I continued dog sitting for the family and neighbors as I began my career in education. As a graduate student I find dog sitting to be a great way to relieve stress. My background working with students with special needs has given me unique exposure to guide dogs and continued training. I have taken dogs to trainings and been responsible for implementing the trainings as well. When not dog sitting, or in the classroom I coach crew at Lake Union Rowing Club.
