I’m Tonia, and I adore canines. I have six years of experience working with pets, including the SPCA, a 24-hour animal hospital, various animal shelters, and a DVM office. I’ve owned many pups throughout my life. I currently have a Husky mix who is a therapy dog, and I foster dogs from the German Shepherd Rescue Foundation from time to time. I own a three-story condo. While I don’t have a yard, the fur babies I look after still get plenty of time outdoors. I like taking them on walks so they can enjoy the sunshine here in San Diego. I love everything about my neighborhood –– everyone is very friendly! You should book with me if you want your pet treated like family while you’re away. When I care for your pooch, I’ll provide them with love, attention, frequent walks, and plenty of play time. If your animal needs medication, I can administer it. I have a lot of experience in the vet field, so if anything alarming happens, I will alert you right away. I stand out as a pet sitter because I’m a fun, outgoing, approachable person who gets along with all people and pups! I pay close attention to detail and cater to the needs of all my four-legged guests. As a stay-at-home mom, I am available for dedicated pet sitting. When I leave my home, it’s only to pick my son up from school, which takes me less than an hour. If a stay is overnight but pickup time won’t be till the next evening, their will be a doggy day care fee of $25 anytime past noon the next day.
