Pet care experience
I am experienced for I have volunteered at the Upland Animal Shelter for years, as well as caring for my own rescues. Though I am young, I am very courteous and respectful toward you, your pet, and your family. I am comfortable with almost all breeds and will cater to your pets every needs. My Pet, First Aid & CPR Certification is expired, but I am looking to renew soon. In orientation for volunteering, I have learned the body language of both dogs and cats in order to identify their many emotions and possible attacks. Violence in your pet is a problem, but if it is a mild case of violence, I can work with you. I am responsible and dedicated to connect with your pet and I promise to provide the best services possible.

Toni is great! She's well-qualified and it's obvious she loves animals. She's really good about taking instructions and seems very responsible. I'll be using her for my Lab's walks weekly now!
Toni had watched my black lab Bruno while I was away for the weekend and right when Toni walked in my dog was nervous and hid behind me. But when I came back, Bruno ended up loving her. He seemed to be well taken care of and was sad when she left. She will always be my go-to pet sitter from now on.
Toni has taken care of my small dog multiple times and she has been the best dog caregiver I've had. On a long vacation I come back to see my dog happy and well taken care of and I know sometimes she can be a handful.
I volunteered with Toni at the Upland Animal Shelter. All I can say is she has a gift with the way she connects with animals. When anyone walks through the kennels, the dogs will go crazy and bark, but when Toni walks through, especially around dogs she walks and interacts with, their is excitement and a calmness among the dogs. There's no one who will care for you pets better than Toni Lopez.

I am aware of their body language and am trained in making your pet comfortable with me (over time) and I am also trained on what to do if your pet were to show signs of attack.
A typical day
Every dog I care for will always enjoy a nice walk, for I will never be harsh on the leash but will also make sure they remain by my side. Walks will mainly take place at a nearby park or quiet neighborhood. If your dog is active, I will also offer a nice jog or run to ensure that your dog gets the proper exercise and energy release they need.
