Toni was just amazing with Jax once again! We went on a trip to Florida staying in the smoky mountains on the way down and back, she met us at look rock on the way down and was so great we booked her the following Friday to meet us at Clingmans Dome parking lot to play with and walk Jax while we did Clingmans Dome trail since dogs are not allowed. She did great! She arrived on time (even though we were running late). Usually he cries and howls if I leave him even if he is home with my husband and kids but he liked her so much he didn’t even notice us leaving! Because of Toni we wouldn’t have been able to take our fur baby on vacation with us or we would have had to skip the only two places we really wanted to see in the Smoky Mountain National Park. We are so thankful to her not only did she treat him amazingly she checked in with us before each visit, worked around our schedule since we were driving so far and hit traffic and such. Since she knew we wanted to do Clingmans Dome for the sunset and we were running behind she even took pictures of the sunset for us while she waited for us to get there Incase we missed it! Now that was definitely above and beyond what she needed to do. She did so great that when we were in Florida and wanted to do something that didn’t allow dogs my kids said “Can’t we just call Toni she was so nice and Jax loved her!” Not realizing she was 8 hours from us! I truly can’t say enough how great she was, we will be contacting her anytime in the future that we will be anywhere near where she lives and need a dog sitter. (FYI my husband and I both have accounts and somehow booked her each time on a different account so our other review is under a different name, unsure of how that happened)
