Pet care experience
I have extensive experience caring for homes, and animals of all kinds. Not only do I house sit (and I stay with the animals in their space of comfort), but I aim to leave your home cleaner than when you left for your excursion. I have experience caring for cats, dogs, fish, reptiles, and am willing to learn more about other animals that need care while you're away. ***The section about whether or not I have pets doesn't count fish apparently. I have 6 fish in 3 tanks and they all have living plant life, snails, and fresh water shrimp to maintain a balanced ecosystem for my fishes (all of which are named after cartoon characters: Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup, Bunny, Finneas (ok this one is named after Billie Eilish's hot older brother but with Phineas in mind...), and Ferb***

Tommy was amazing and exceeded all expectations! Our pups were very happy and cared for when returned and Tommy sent many updates with pictures while we were away. I would highly recommend and am excited to work with Tommy again!
Tommy was an incredible pet sitter while my husband and I left the country for a week. He gave our fur babies so much love and affection while we were away, plus he sent us photos every so often so we didn't miss them too much. Above and beyond, Tommy alerted us that our pipes seemed to be freezing (we were gone over New Year's) and proactively contacted us and helped us avoid a disaster that we would have no idea was even happening had he not been there. Couldn't recommend enough!
Tommy has watched my pets (2 dogs, a cat and an aquarium) many times and has always done a wonderful job. I have a cat who requires medication 2x a day and two dogs that are high maintenance, but it has never been any problem for him. I am comfortable leaving my home and pets with him when I travel, knowing they are getting top notch care and attention. Animals are clearly a big passion for Tommy, and it shows. My animals all adore him which gives me peace of mind when I am away, so I never have to worry . I would highly recommend Tommy as a pet sitter!
I have relied on Tommy on multiple occasions to pet sit while my wife and I traveled. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and an aquarium with several fish. Tommy is not only reliable and professional, but he is sensitive to the dogs’ needs as well. Our animals LOVE him and are excited to see him. Even our moody cat took a liking to him. One of our dogs requires special dietary needs and Tommy followed these instructions to a T. If you believe that dogs are a good judge of character then I can assure you, our dogs approve of him, and my wife and I do as well. I highly recommend Tommy for all types of pet sitting.

I am an avid hiker and try to make it outside every day so your animals will get adequate exercise while under my care. Any special care instructions are preferred to be documented and left for me as instruction so as to provide exemplary hospitality for your pet and to provide you with peace of mind that your animals are in good hands.

There are only a couple things I must know about your pet. 1) Are there any special instructions I must be aware of? 2) Are they friendly with other animals? Nearly everyone in my life has animals and I love them all. My best friend has a ball python who tried having me as a snack once and I still love her. Animals defending themselves has never deterred me from loving them because I understand that they are operating based off instincts. Just like us, our instincts can sometimes mislead us. Rest assured, I will love your animals with my whole heart!
A typical day
I am an avid hiker. I love all things involving Mother Nature. I use the app All-Trails to find the best hiking spots and I favorite them. In the recent past, I learned about "forest bathing" and the healing qualities that nature can offer psychologically and physically. I'll take your babes places where all their senses will be engaged and where they can expel their energy so you can have a nice relaxing evening with your fur babes.

I recently left my office job to pursue my passions full-time, animal care being one of them. I also am a filmmaker, songwriter, and I do the occasional landscaping/environmental work from time to time.
