Pet care experience
I have travelled all over North America looking after people’s pets and homes and I now I’m back in the UK I’d love to carry on. I love being outdoors and when I’m which a four legged friend it’s even better. To be honest I’m very scared of spending my 20s in a job I hate, so instead of rotting away and just waiting for the weekend to roll around, I’m trying to pet sit more, to generate a bit of an income.

I would not hesitate to recommend Tommy. He is reliable, honest, hardworking & has a great empathy understanding of the needs of different dogs. Tommy takes the trouble to find out about each dog and works hard to gain their trust. The dogs respond positively to him and are relaxed and happy in his company.
We used Tommy to look after our dog for a two week period over the summer, having had him recommended from a family friend. Our dog is fairly high maintenance and requires more understanding than many, being a rescue. Tommy was absolutely excellent, he really understands dogs having spent his whole life growing up with them, taking her out for two long walks a day and giving lots of attention. It was the first time coming back from a holiday that we were able to completely relax knowing that our dog had been in safe hands. My partner and I think he is great, the house was cleaner that we left it, he was extremely considerate that he was in someone else's space. The dog misses you already, but looks forwards to the next time we are away and she gets to spend more time with you!! Thanks Today

Always good to know what commands they listen to (if any). Additionally, what they’re likely to chase after (squirrels etc) and how they interact with other dogs.
A typical day
I love hiking so taking your pup on walks in their favourite spots or new locations is perfect for me. I can also throw a ball a long way and happy to run around a play with them of course! Additionally I can provide mental enrichment and problem solving tasks for your dog e.g. wrapping treats in towels or hiding them for them to sniff out.

I’m pretty flexible to be honest. I’m more than happy to help out whenever I can. After graduating from university and working abroad for a season I am currently funemployed!
