First incident, I was on my way drop off my dog to the agreed drop off location next to his apartment. I always send a text right before I leave, I then sent several once I arrived at the drop off location and I wasn’t getting a response. I sat in my car waiting, called the phone number on the profile many times which didn’t even work. I stayed for about 15 -20 minutes then decided to leave. Had to call my work to let them know about my situation. On the way home I receive a message from Tomas saying he has just received my messages after turning off and on his phone, he said he was waiting for my messages. I was upset but I like to give people chances if I think they’re being honest. Second incident, similar thing happens, I text right before I leave my house to say I’m on my way, and usually I get a confirmation but again not this time. So I had a feeling something was up. I called another number he gave me. And of course that number worked but no one answered. I arrive at the drop off location calling and texting and again no answer. I remember him telling me his apartment number. So I grabbed my dog and walked up to his apartment, knocked on his door….he opens the door and says he couldn’t find his phone. Not even a sorry. This was the worse experience I’ve had with a sitter.

Tomas is so awesome! He is clearly a huge dog lover and sent me regular updates on my dog, including pictures. He was very caring during the visit and I would highly recommend!
