Hiya! I'm a recent graduated of Columbia College living in the Wrigleyille area. I grew up with all sorts of animals including dogs, cats, and rabbits and have been more recently looking after and walking a Alaskan Malamute. I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and can ensure they'll get a quality walk out of our time together.

Tom took the time to clean my pup up after a rainy walk! Very nice and easy to communicate with.
Tom was great with my elderly Golden Retriever Chloe, she was 14 and having difficulty getting up/walking, he was very patient with her and provided additional commentary with their walks together - whenever she couldn't walk far he would still hang out with her. Highly recommend, and when I have another dog I'll definitely be hoping to be able to re-establish him as my dog walker again.

I like to use my time with the animals both as an opportunity for fun as well as mental growth. I can take time during walks to help with behaviors like pulling on the leash, and stopping at road crossings. I find this creates a safer, and more mentally stimulating walk for the dogs. That being said- also love an opportunity to just let some energy out at a run or park

A typical day
Love the green space in Chicago, especially the spaces around the lake shore. I tend to opt for park walks so that I can give the dog a little more room to explore. More neighborhood walks can be a great opportunity to work on problem behaviors like pulling.
