I lost my dogs in divorce, miss them dearly, would Love to take care of others, so I could have that seem feeling again. Always treated them as family I walked and fed them daily. They even slept in my bed with me. Cant own one now, but having the chance to care for another dog would be quite fulfilling in many ways. I know that I can be trusted with someone's pet, as I would treat them like they are my own! Small or large size doesn't matter. I know that my dogs missed me when I was gone, so if I can fill that void when the owner is away, then I have done what I have needed to do! Dogs have feelings!
