Tom & Emma, a married couple in Cambridge
Pet care experience
Having recently looked after a Cavapoo since she was 8 weeks old and also grown up with pets, we have extensive practice in looking after animals. We live in an open plan flat right next to one of the Commons in Cambridge with Emma's sister, a local café owner, so a stroll with a furry friend along the river to get a coffee with a game of fetch along the way is an ideal way for us to spend some time. We've recently gotten married and aren't quite ready to own a dog of our own just yet, so any practice we can get is always welcome. We will only accept hypoallergenic dogs due to Emma's allergies.
Reviews
Mabel had the best time at Tom and Emma's and didn't want to leave! The booking was at relatively short notice and both Tom and Emma were understanding and flexible, even finding the time to do a short notice meet and greet to make sure Mabel was happy. Wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.
Tom and Emma have been absolutely brilliant with Aya; they are lovely and caring and she was so happy with them!! It is so sad she won't able able to stay with them in the future — please notice they can only take care of hypo-allergenic dogs —, I would very happily leave her with them any time. 100% recommended.

Safety, trust & environment
Our home is pet-friendly, open plan and perfect for small to medium sized dogs. Although we don't have a garden, we are right by a Common with lots of green space just outside and are very used to nipping downstairs to take previous dogs for a pee.

Information Tom B. would like to know about your pet
We will only be able to accept hypoallergenic dogs due to Emma's allergies. Otherwise, we are very flexible and just let us know what needs the dogs may have and we'll do our best to accommodate and make them feel at home.
A typical day
We live right by a common so a typical morning walk is ideal with a game of fetch involved too. We've also taken dogs on longer walks outside of Cambridge, to the beach and exploring local cafés. But also sometimes a simple chilled day in with a game of tug of war or practicing tricks is good too.

Availability
We both work full time although mostly remote, therefore we are around most weekdays with lots of time for walks and are happy to board with the dog too. Weekends will need to be arranged individually.
