I have been caring for dogs for 30 years. Since I was much younger, and continuing now, I've been caring for dogs. Over the last 15 years I've been rescuing dogs as well; I even ended up keeping three for 10 plus years until they passed and homes for several abandoned dogs I myself couldn't keep. The one I have now has been with me for 10 years and he's 14! I've trained sveral of my own dogs, even to the extent of non-verbal command. My dogs get Christmas presents, have their own beds, and they're inside dogs, I care for and treat them just like my own children, and I personally believe all dogs should receive above and beyond care from their owners and to be treated as if they are part of the family and not "just a dog". Dogs have feelings, emotions, and understand more words that we as humans understand. Dogs arent "just Pets" they are family and should be cared for/ treated as such and that's what I do.
